Individuals over the age of 18 and corporations. It is necessary in advance to pass the checks required by the anti-money laundering legislation. To start investing and earning you need to register on the platform and create a profile. You will need to enter some personal information and connect your checking account. These are necessary to comply with current legislation and to load your payment account (wallet). Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and all financial transactions are handled securely by Lemonway, a payment institution authorized by the Bank of France.

The account must go through the proper anti-money laundering verification by Lemonway and this process usually lasts a couple of days. As soon as everything is verified you will receive an email with the opening confirmation of your wallet and you can start investing.

The balance is always visible on your wallet. Each time an operation is successfully completed, the borrowing company will send capital invested and interest to your wallet. You can select the money transfer option by typing the amount you want to transfer into your bank account. Money will be credited within 5 working days to your account and no commission from us will be charged.

Investments in loans on real estate or business projects involve risks that you need to be aware of. These risks may consist in the delay in repayments of capital and interest, due, for example, to delays in the renovation of the property, up to the total loss of the capital invested. The yield of the loan is designed precisely to offset the risk. In the case of ITS LENDING, most of the projects are offered by the same developer, who is supported by our financial partner. In these cases, the project is only proposed if a final buyer of the property has already optioned the property and paid the deposit. In the event that, for any reason, the final buyer remits his purchase, still the property might be purchased by the developer who would then undertake to find another buyer. Thus, the risk of default on the transaction can be further reduced.

If you are a person, in addition to the invested capital, you will receive the accrued interest directly in your wallet, net of the 26% withholding tax as a down payment, which will be paid to the State by the proposing company. The net amount received, if withdrawn from the account, must be declared as income that will be taxed according to your country tax system.
If, on the other hand, you represent a company, no withholding tax will be applied and, therefore, you will receive on your wallet the full amount.
By April 30 of each year, all the proposing companies (i.e. those that have paid the interest) will send users the relevant Tax Certifications.
